Income Guidelines
Pennsylvania bases its income guidelines on the USDA standard of 150% of the current poverty level per household. The 2007-2008 income guidelines may be found at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture site (NOTE: select "Self Declaration of Need" from the list).
To receive food, applicants must provide proof of income and proof of residence.
Pantry Rules
Clients must visit the nearest pantry based on home address.
Clients may receive food one time per month. Abuse of this rule results in a warning, suspension of privileges and/or criminal penalties.
