The Farm is a community supported agricultural enterprise that strives to provide healthy produce for those in need while promoting education, empowerment, and sustainable agriculture.  The Farm is located at the 24-acre property of the Greater Washington County Food Bank, with the function and capabilities of growing fruits and vegetables for the clients the Food Bank serves. Currently, The Farm hosts several hydroponic containers for growing, is developing a fully-functional greenhouse space, a100-tree orchard of mixed fruits, and raised beds for gardening. Several projects are in the works, including utilization of the acreage for planting and growing crops, an event/meeting area in the on-site barn, and development of further hydroponic and aquaponic containers. We are just getting started!
